• Edited Selected Photos : 7-14 Working Days
• Edited Highlight Video : 3 Months
• Crystal Cover Album : 3-4 Months ( After client approve the layout )
• Photobook Premium Leather : 3-4 Months ( After client approve the layout )
• All image editing will follow the original editor's style and creative direction. Requesting for futher editing based on another third-party's (including other photographer moodboard preferences) will not be entertained.

TERMS & CONDITION

Booking & Confirmation

• A signed contract/acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and
• Receipt of a non-refundable booking fee of [amount or %]. The booking fee secures the wedding date and is deducted from the total package price.

Payment terms

• The total balance must be paid no later than [number] days before the wedding date.
• Payments can be made via [cash/bank transfer/online payment].
• Failure to make full payment on time may result in cancellation of services.
• The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Style & Artistic Discretion

• The client understands that photography is subjective and accepts the photographer’s creative style.
• Another photographer moodboard requests are welcome but not guaranteed due to time, lighting, or situational limitations.

Clause: Image Storage & Download Period (3 Months)

Image Storage & Download Policy

• Final edited images will be delivered via Google Drive.
• The download link will remain active for 3 (three) months from the date of delivery.
• Clients are fully responsible for downloading and backing up all files within this 3-month period.
• After 3 months, the photographer is not responsible for storing, archiving, or re-uploading any images.
• Any request to re-upload images after the 3-month period is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional retrieval or re-upload fee, if files are still available.
• Add on rm100 + pendrive for another re-upload footage
